Mission
My goal in founding this firm is to promote and protect the intellectual property interests of my clients. At no time in history has intellectual property (IP) been under attack to the degree and scope that it is today, from the disastrous philosophy that IP hinders growth and development, to blatant theft. I want to use my expertise and skills to help beat back these arguments and to promote policies that advance the creative breakthroughs that make our lives better.
Approach
Sound policy starts with facts and rational analysis. I have been practicing IP law for almost twenty years, both in the United States, and around the world. With that experience and institutional knowledge, my approach is to provide in-depth analysis, thoughtful strategic and tactical counsel, and effective, compelling advocacy.
