Podcast on Copyright Enforcement in the Digital Age

The Federalist Society and the George Mason Law School’s Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property co-hosted a “teleforum” (that is, a panel discussion by phone) on copyright enforcement in the digital age.  They were kind enough to invite me to be one of the panelists.  It was done live, but they recorded it and posted the session as a podcast.

You can hear it here.  Enjoy!
